Gehörst du auch zu den Leuten, die ständig vergessen den versprochenen Anhang auch wirklich anzuhängen? Vielleicht versuchst du es mal mit folgender Methode:
If you are sending an email with an attachment, add the attachment first, then compose the message, and then add email addresses to the send line. Now there’s no chance you’ll have to send the ever-popular “whoops, forgot to attach the file” follow-up. In fact, it’s a good practice to always put the email addresses of the recipients in last, to ensure that an errant carriage return or mouseclick won’t fire off the message half-baked. (Quelle)
Ich selber habe ein etwas anderes Verfahren. Ich schreibe meine Mails „von oben nach unten“, d.h. erst der Empfänger, dann der Betreff und danach – also BEVOR ich irgendeinen Text schreibe – hänge ich gleich den Anhang an. Entsprechend kommt, wenn ich auf eine Mail antworte, erst wieder der Anhang und danach schreibe ich den Text. Dadurch hält sich meine „whoops“ Quote in erträglichen Grenzen.
